Call, email, or bring it up in your 45-minute strategy session. One sentence is enough — "the roof is 19 years old" will do.

Step two

We make the introduction

You get a name, a direct number, and a note on exactly what to ask for. Usually the same day, always from a person.

Step three

You get the member rate

Then tell us how it went. That feedback is the whole vetting process, and it's why the list stays short.
